Pantech's corporate philosophy is "Sanpo Yoshi" (three-way satisfaction). Inheriting the spirit of "good for the seller, good for the buyer, and good for society" valued by the Omi merchants, we have reinterpreted "good for society" to extend to the global environment that we face as a business—"PLANET (Earth)." PARTNER, PANTECH, and PLANET. A state in which these three parties harmonize at a high level and share the value they create. That is the unchanging vision that we continue to strive for. Thirty years have passed since our founding. The trust we have built with our partners over those years, the knowledge and information we have accumulated, and the will of each individual who works diligently and honestly on the front lines—all of these are our invaluable management resources that drive the next cycle. Economy and environment, ideals and reality, organization and individual. We face head-on the divisions that lie in society. As a "Regeneration Designer," we not only uphold our ideals, but we also visit sites and work with our partners to design systems for resource circulation, steadily building the foundation of a circular society step by step. Rather than being a "big company" that simply pursues scale, we aim to be a "good company" that continuously returns tangible value to society, and together with you, we will continue to weave a future where value circulates.

Resource recycling is no longer merely an environmental contribution. With increasingly sophisticated regulations and diversifying needs, it has become an urgent management issue that affects not only the sustainability of the planet but also the sustainability of companies. That is why Pantech continues to stand at the forefront of this challenge. We define ourselves as "Regeneration Designers" who reconstruct the relationship between materials, people, and society. At the core of this is "the utilization of data." Data obtained by working on-site and data analyzed at the Circular Design Center. We combine these two types of "explicit knowledge" with the "experiential knowledge" of knowledge and know-how that we have cultivated so far. In this way, we regenerate materials that were previously discarded into valuable resources, supply them to manufacturing sites, and return them to society once again. Designing the very "mechanism" of resource recycling is the reason for our existence. Sustainable resource recycling requires rationality in three elements: environment, economy, and society. If even one of these is missing, the recycling will not take hold. We will build a solid foundation while creating a harmonious, circular society together with our partners.
