Today, we held our 2026 new employee orientation ceremony and welcomed four new employees to our team.
In this milestone year marking our 30th anniversary, we have welcomed "New Co-Creators"—individuals with fresh perspectives and high aspirations—and are starting the year with even greater energy and enthusiasm.
During the ceremony, each new employee made a powerful declaration of their commitment.
Each of their words conveys a passion for future growth and success, and all the employees welcoming them have been greatly inspired by their sincerity and are filled with anticipation.
Over the next three months, new employees will undergo training to learn about Pantech 's philosophy and the fundamentals of plastic resource recycling before being assigned to their respective departments.
