Pantech handles the recycling of plastics on an annual scale of 100,000 tons, making it one of the largest in the industry. Its proprietary database, built through years of business experience, contains detailed item data, including where and how much unwanted plastic is generated, as well as information on recycling companies in Japan and overseas, such as recyclers and compounders, and physical property information on recycled plastic raw materials. This data is constantly expanding, and this data base is the source of its ability to design schemes that balance economic efficiency and environmental friendliness, and to create new value.

Because we are a "fabless" company that does not own its own factories, we have been able to handle the recycling of over 15,000 items of thermoplastic resins, regardless of area, resin type, whether it is a post-consumer material (PCR material) or pre-consumer material (PIR material), or composite materials that are difficult to recycle. Furthermore, we have established a system that can handle all processes related to the resource circulation of plastics, from the collection of unwanted plastics to recycled raw materials, compounding, and remanufacturing.

Pantech has members with expertise in various fields, including the domestic market, overseas markets, recycled material processing (including compounds), logistics, and DX. We assemble teams in-house to meet our clients' challenges and design optimal resource recycling schemes in collaboration with recycling partners both domestically and internationally, as well as external experts such as lawyers. We provide consistent support from strategy planning to implementation and problem solving.

We have established a network of over 70 recycling partners in Japan alone, and more than 100 including overseas partners. Our transactions extend not only within Japan, but also to 25 countries worldwide, including Asian countries such as China, Vietnam, and Malaysia, as well as North America and the EU. We handle not only domestic recycling but also global resource recycling connecting Japan and the world, as well as triangular trade.
