Pantech offers recycling solutions for all thermoplastic resins, regardless of whether they are pre-consumer (PIR) or post-consumer (PCR) materials, ranging from general-purpose resins to engineering plastics and super engineering plastics. We have a proven track record in material recycling for both single and composite materials, having handled the recycling of over 15,000 items to date. We provide one-stop solutions for challenges related to plastic resource circulation, such as improving the recycling rate of plastics across the entire company or group, reducing CO₂ and waste emissions, and lowering waste disposal costs, from current situation analysis to the construction and operation of recycling schemes.
As a fabless company that does not own its own factories, we are not limited by area or resin type, and we can build a flexible recycling scheme that combines material recycling, chemical recycling, and thermal recovery. Even for materials that were previously treated as industrial waste, we utilize the knowledge we have accumulated since our founding and our unique database to explore the possibilities of material recycling, going as far as prototyping and verification, application development, and market development.

Turning waste into valuable materials
We convert materials that would otherwise be treated as waste into valuable resources and recycle them, circulating them both domestically and internationally. We will build and operate a resource recycling scheme that balances environmental friendliness and economic efficiency, targeting not only single materials but also composite materials and small quantities of diverse products that are difficult to recycle.

Value enhancement of valuable assets (improvement of selling price per unit)
By reviewing sorting and storage methods, distribution channels, and processing methods, we maximize the value of resources, refining them to a higher grade that is more highly valued in the market. This will enhance the profitability of waste generators by improving the selling price of valuable materials, while also realizing a stable resource recycling system.

Reduction of processing costs
For materials that are difficult to recycle due to their composition, packaging, or other conditions, we will reduce processing costs by promoting the effective use of resources through thermal recovery, primarily RPF (Refuse Derived Fuel), rather than simply incinerating or landfilling them, through partnerships with industrial waste treatment companies.

In addition to open-loop recycling both domestically and internationally, we offer closed-loop recycling (returning materials as recycled plastic raw materials or environmentally friendly products), and we combine chemical recycling and thermal recovery to support the creation of an optimal resource circulation portfolio.
Flexibility regardless of area or resin type
Because we are a fabless company without our own factories, we can leverage our nationwide network of plastic recycling partners to design resource circulation from a neutral perspective. Therefore, as long as it is a thermoplastic resin, we can offer resource circulation proposals regardless of the type of resin, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.

Since its establishment in 1996, we have handled the resource recycling of over 15,000 items and approximately 100,000 tons of plastic annually. Because we maintain a database of information on materials we have handled to date (item master data) and recycling flows, we can respond quickly to any need.
Building diverse recovery schemes that can handle small quantities and a wide variety of products.
Even if materials are recyclable, lightweight and bulky items are often discarded due to poor transportation efficiency. However, by devising collection methods such as milk runs that circulate to multiple locations and collaborations with other industries, we will build a scheme to collect and recycle materials that were previously discarded due to transportation inefficiencies.

- 1Interview
For each item, we will inquire about the type, quantity, color, shape, and packaging of the resin, as well as existing processing conditions and desired requirements, in order to organize your requirements and provide the most suitable proposal.
- 2Signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Even plastics that have served their purpose and are no longer needed often contain important confidential information for the companies that generate them. Furthermore, in cases where the sharing of confidential information such as traceability is required, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is concluded to ensure that both parties can share information with confidence.
- 3Sample evaluation
We will ask you to provide actual material samples so that we can check their composition, contamination, and the presence of foreign matter. Based on the results of the interview and sample evaluation, we will make a comprehensive decision on whether or not recycling is possible, and we will also consult our proprietary database to design a specific resource recycling scheme that covers collection, reprocessing into recycled raw materials, compounding, and supply.
- 4Proposal and Quotation
Based on the evaluation results, we will provide you with an estimate for the resource recycling scheme and the purchase of valuable materials for the items in question. If you have any questions or concerns about the proposal, we will explain the details and adjust the conditions as necessary.
- 5Contract and Terms Negotiation
We will conclude the sales contract and finalize the terms of collection, schedule, quality requirements, etc., in preparation for the start of the resource recycling scheme.
- 6Pickup begins
Based on your proposal and contract terms, we will begin collecting materials. Thereafter, our sales and logistics staff will provide regular customer support to ensure the stable and continuous operation of the resource recycling scheme.
