Overview
We supply a wide variety of recycled plastic raw materials.
Pantech offers a wide variety of recycled plastic raw materials, from general-purpose resins to engineering plastics and super engineering plastics, regardless of whether they are post-consumer materials (PCR materials) or pre-consumer materials (PIR materials). We supply recycled plastic raw materials that have obtained GRS certification, and we also manufacture and supply custom-made compound pellets with adjusted physical properties, color, and functionality. We stably supply recycled plastic raw materials that meet diverse needs, such as compliance with environmental laws and regulations and reduction of raw material procurement costs. Furthermore, we ensure not only physical property information but also traceability, and we can track the source of emission and manufacturing conditions in our proprietary database. Because we have established a system at our own "Circular Design Center (CDC)" to measure and provide data on physical properties and the content of environmentally harmful substances, we can provide data on quality and physical properties. To ensure that you can use recycled plastic raw materials with peace of mind upon delivery, our specialized department that oversees the supply chain will, if necessary, confirm that the origin, physical properties, and quality meet the standards of your company's needs as defined in the delivery specifications before delivery.

For custom-made compound pellets, we provide comprehensive support from the selection of base materials and small-lot prototyping to the creation of delivery specifications, ensuring a stable supply thereafter.

Contract development for recycling waste materials into raw materials.
Reusing plastic waste generated during the manufacturing process as a "product raw material" is crucial not only for realizing a circular economy but also as a risk hedge against instability in raw material procurement and disruptions in the supply chain. Through co-creation with recyclers and compounders, we undertake contract development to transform waste materials into high-quality materials directly linked to future manufacturing.

Building a highly transparent supply chain
Because we have established a system that handles everything from waste collection to the supply of recycled raw materials, we can build a highly transparent supply chain. We will provide information not only on the origin of the recycled raw materials, such as what materials they are made from, but also on the recyclers, processing conditions, and quality and physical property data.

Our company has a proven track record of supplying recycled materials to numerous domestic manufacturers, and we provide comprehensive support from the selection and proposal of recycled materials to prototyping, creation of delivery specifications, and implementation and operation.
Workflow
Transaction process
- 1Interview
We will inquire about various conditions such as the type, color, application, and quantity of resin used, as well as estimated procurement costs and environmental requirements, in order to organize your requirements and provide you with the most suitable proposal.
- 2Database query
We will select recycled plastic raw material candidates that meet your desired conditions from our proprietary database on plastic resource recycling.
- 3Signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
We will enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure that both parties can confidently share confidential information such as traceability, processing conditions, and formulation information.
- 4Sample provision and evaluation
We offer samples in stages: small quantities (hand samples up to 3kg), medium quantities (100kg to 1t), and large quantities (1 to 12t). You will be able to comprehensively evaluate the suitability of the material, including its physical properties, quality, moldability, and cost. We will also provide physical property measurement results, traceability information, and a quotation. If necessary, we can also propose custom-made compounds.
- 5Recycler Audit
A specialized department overseeing the supply chain visits partner recyclers to verify manufacturing conditions, on-site operations, and quality control systems. QC process charts are developed as needed to establish a highly reliable supply system.
- 6Delivery specification creation
If necessary, we will create a delivery specification sheet that specifies the raw materials, physical properties, color, shape, packaging, delivery lot and frequency, price, and quality control methods.
- 7Sales contract concluded
Once we agree on the terms, we will formally conclude the sales contract.
- 8Start of delivery
We measure the physical properties of each lot and, based on the inspection report, confirm that it meets the quality standards specified in the delivery specifications before delivery. Furthermore, as we continue operations, we make minor adjustments to the physical properties, packaging, and transportation methods to optimize them.
