Overview
"Environmentally friendly just by using it"
Environmentally friendly products
Environmentally friendly products made from recycled plastic materials (green products) are products that are "environmentally friendly just by using them." "Green purchasing," which involves adopting these products, is one of the easiest ways to participate in resource recycling schemes.
Because we use recycled plastic raw materials, we can reduce the use of fossil fuels and expect to reduce CO₂ emissions. We also offer products that have obtained the "Eco Mark" (Japan Environment Association), which recognizes that they have a low environmental impact throughout their entire lifecycle and contribute to environmental conservation. We can also accommodate horizontal recycling using our own waste materials (recycling used products into recycled raw materials for the same type of product) and custom-made products to meet your needs.

Capability
What we can offer
- 1
CO₂ reduction through material utilization
Because we use recycled plastic raw materials in part of our product ingredients, you can easily reduce CO₂ emissions simply by switching to materials you use on a daily basis. Furthermore, to disclose our environmental contributions both internally and externally, we use the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) software "MiLCA" (Sustainable Management Promotion Organization) to visualize the concrete reduction effects.
- 2
Compliance with international environmental laws and regulations
We also address requirements such as the management of heavy metals and other chemical substances mandated by the EU's PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), as well as the mandatory use of recycled plastic raw materials. We help you clear international regulations essential for continuing business in overseas markets, supporting both legal compliance and enhanced competitiveness in the global market.
- 3
Horizontal recycling of materials generated by our company
We can perform horizontal recycling, collecting and recycling used materials such as stretch film, PP bands, and plastic pallets generated from our manufacturing and logistics sites, and transforming them into the same products again. By turning waste materials into resources, we simultaneously reduce disposal costs and establish a closed-loop system.
- 4
Custom-made materials
We offer custom-made solutions for various film products, including flexible container bags and stretch film (standard bags, resealable poly bags, various covers, shopping bags, etc.), tailored to your specific requirements in terms of size, thickness, and design. While using recycled plastic raw materials, we achieve the same ease of use and specifications as conventional materials.
